cbji Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

cbji is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between cbji and the user.

By registering on this platform or using its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. The Terms apply in both English and Bengali — in the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

cbji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be taken as acceptance of those changes.

2 Account Registration

To open an account at cbji, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.1 Information Required for Registration

• Full legal name (as shown on national identity card)
• Correct date of birth (verifiable)
• Valid mobile number (Bangladeshi)
• Active email address

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify cbji support immediately. cbji's live chat service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

3 Age Verification and Identity

The minimum age to open an account at cbji is 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. For verification purposes, cbji may request any one of the following official documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (for proof of age)

If a user opens an account using a false age or identity, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be returned.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The approved payment methods for depositing and withdrawing funds at cbji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. No other methods are currently accepted.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (the same for each method)
• Payments must be made from your own account only
• Deposits via third parties are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Processing time: normally within 1 hour
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit

5 Bonuses and Promotions

cbji offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms that must be met. You should read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.

5.2 Weekly Reload Reward

The cbji weekly reload reward gives a 30% bonus once per week on any deposit, up to ৳5,000, with an 18x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳100. Example: ৳2,000 deposit → ৳600 bonus → wagering ৳600 × 18 = ৳10,800.

5.3 Slots Festival Bonus

The cbji Slots Festival Bonus gives a 50% bonus once per day when you deposit for slot games only, up to ৳8,000, with a 25x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳100. Example: ৳2,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → wagering ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.4 Cricket Joy Offer

The cbji Cricket Joy Offer gives a 40% bonus once per weekend for placing bets on cricket events, up to ৳6,000, with a 20x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳100. Example: ৳2,000 deposit → ৳800 bonus → wagering ৳800 × 20 = ৳16,000.

5.5 Birthday Special Gift and Refer a Friend Reward

With the cbji Birthday Special Gift, a reward of up to ৳2,000 is automatically credited to your verified account each year on your birthday, with a 10x wagering requirement. With the cbji Refer a Friend Reward, once a referred friend completes registration and makes a deposit, you can earn up to ৳3,000 per successful referral, with a 15x wagering requirement.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets on cbji are conducted in a fair and lawful manner. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or a third-party live dealer system, both of which are completely impartial.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, cbji will attempt to restore the account to its previous state.
• cbji reserves the right to change odds in sports betting; the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbji platform. Engaging in them may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false information
• Placing artificial bets with the intent of exploiting bonuses ("bonus hunting")
• Selling or transferring an account to another person
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software
• Attempting to collect other users' personal information
• Using cbji for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds

If any such activity is suspected, cbji may open an investigation without prior notice and inform the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

cbji may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms
• Failure to submit verification documents, or submission of false documents
• Suspected misuse of a bonus or promotion
• A security risk to the account
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

You may also request closure of your account at any time through cbji support. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.

9 Limitation of Liability

cbji makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, cbji will not be held liable in the following situations:

• Interruption to gameplay due to loss of internet connection
• Delays or errors on the part of a third-party payment provider
• Unexpected technical problems or server downtime
• Issues related to the user's own device or network

In the event of a technical fault, cbji's liability is limited to returning the stake amount only; estimated winnings or other compensation do not apply.

10 Privacy and Data

cbji takes the utmost care in collecting, storing and processing your personal information. You can read our Privacy Policy for full details — what types of information are collected, how they are used and how they are kept secure. Our data policy is an integral part of these Terms.

• Your information is used for cbji service improvement and verification purposes
• Your information is not sold to third parties except where required by law
• All data is transferred via SSL encryption

11 Responsible Gaming
